Founder, CEO & Director
Mr Amit Kumar Roy is a senior Finance professional with competencies across industries and verticals with more than 27 years of experience in Domestic and Multinational Corporates. His wide experience across various sectors including service, software, telecom and manufacturing brings in a rich basket of competencies in the Board.
He has been associated with multiple blue-chip companies such as Pricewaterhouse Coopers, J Thomas and Company Pvt Ltd, IBM Global Process Pvt Ltd, ATC India Tower Corporation Pvt Ltd, and Austria Technologie & Systemtechnik India Pvt Ltd. He has held top corporate positions including that of CFO and Managing Director.
Over the years, he has set up, turned around and scaled up businesses and verticals and served as a strategic partner to many Companies.
He was responsible for ideating and starting up the Company and leads the Board on all important and strategic functions.

Ashis Kumar Ray
Director
Mr Ashis Kumar Ray is a senior Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with more than 40 years of experience in building and running successful businesses. He is also an M.Com and and LLB from the University Calcutta and is an International Tax and Regulatory expert.
His experience spans across multinational companies where he has served as a Managing Director and in nationalized banks as an advisor to the Board.
Mr Ray has also served as the President of the SOS in India and takes great interest in running charitable organizations serving underprivileged children.
He has substantial connect with universities and educational institutions in the USA and UK.
